Back in 2019, we couldn’t understand why our dog, Woodie, left his so-called ‘premium’ kibble untouched...
He would have a sniff and then walk away with a sigh that seemed almost human. We tried everything; changed it up weekly, mixing in broth, sprinkling something 'irresistible' on top, even pretending to eat the kibble ourselves- on all fours. Nothing worked.​.. and answering this strange behaviour became our mission after one evening changed EVERYTHING-

After forgetting Woodie’s gourmet kibble meal at home while rushing out the door to meet friends, fortunately, being fellow dog parents, they had some food to spare- it was raw food, and after a quick Google search on 'is it okay to swap straight from kibble to raw,' we found it was 100% okay to do so and dinner was served...
There was no hesitation; Woodie practically inhaled it...
that moment was a true
revelation
It prompted us to start looking deeper at kibble labels and we discovered how unnatural and downright unhealthy it truly is. What we had been serving Woodie was far from the nutritious meal he deserved and it was eye-opening to see we’d been relying on artificial rubbish and additives to keep him 'healthy'.
It was time to start respecting his instincts, and providing what he naturally craved. ​We switched to raw, and after the first few weeks Woodie transformed— more energy, fresher breath, smaller poos, shinier coat, and that's just the start...
it was clear we had made the right choice for him.
