How much is delivery?

Postage and packaging to the UK for your monthly box is 100% FREE forever. If you have added any extra items to your 4 meal box, P&P for your box may be added for the extra weight and larger package.

When will my EatGrounded box be delivered?
​
Our boxes are dispatched within 5 days of your order being confirmed (or the closest working day) via Royal Mail 2nd class. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We don't currently offer international shipping. Please check back soon and sign up to our mailing list to be the first to hear of any updates!

Billing and Payment

Can I pause my subscription?
​
You can cancel or skip a month anytime by logging into your account​ and clicking on Subscriptions > Manage.

Am I tied into a contract?
​
Not at all - you can pause or cancel anytime by logging into your account.

When will my payment be taken?
​
Payment for monthly subscriptions will be taken each month on the same day you place your first order (this may differ by 1-3 days). Payment for your first box will be taken immediately.

Can I change my address or payment details?
​
Sure - Simply log into your account - You can amend your details by clicking on Subscriptions > Manage.

Returns & Refunds
​
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Confirmation email).
To start a return, you can contact us at support@eatgrounded.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, Tampered with, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
